Please provide records of recent communications starting from August 28th, 2022 onward between any representative of the NJ Department of State, Tahesha Way or a representative of hers, or Brittany Giampola with anyone in County Government regarding a Notice of Prospective Litigation regarding Elections and Demand for Records Retention regarding Elections and any followup questions and answers about the preservation of Election data.
